Recently I gave you a list of a few stories I like to read at Christmas time. One of them was Gift of the Magi by O. Henry. This is what I said about the story: A timeless classic, Gift of the Magi tells the story of Jim and Della, a young lower-class married couple, who each selflessly sacrificed their prized possession in order to give to the other at Christmas time.
